Equine Grief Explorers is a partnered program with Children’s Hospital to help grieving kids ages 9-12 who have lost a loved one. We are hands-on with the horses as we learn about what grief is and how to better understand it.
Program Highlights:
Who: Grieving students ages 9-12.
What: An in-person, hands-on group that uses creative arts and unmounted equine-assisted learning to process grief.
When: Monday & Tuesday, August 25th and August 26th
Where: HAWS Schallock Center for Animals in Delafield
