(“HAWS”), its agents and employees, from responsibility or liability arising out of my participation or my child’s participation in program activities at HAWS, the Schallock Center for Animals, and/or any other location where program activities are taking place. I acknowledge that I have entered into this document voluntarily and have had the opportunity to review this document with my legal counsel.
