Who DOESN’T love getting a package delivered?!
One way internet commerce has helped HAWS is through online shopping. People can log on to Amazon, or Chewy.com, or whatever their favorite pet-supply site may be, and send us supply donations without having to leave their home. This is great for those who live a distance and want to help.
So when we see the FexEx driver or UPS delivery person or Amazon van or USPS truck arrive, we are pretty excited. Daily these hard-working folks bring us much-needed food, treats, medical and office supplies and more. They are here rain or snow or shine or blazing heat.
We hope they know how much they mean to us. The wagging tails of the dogs that great them, and the cats waving through the window should do the trick!
